RETURN POLICY
The stakeholder is to follow and provide the following points for a successful transaction:
- The stakeholder has 3 calendar days to return a product/s from the date they received the product/s.
- To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and in the same condition that the stakeholder received it. The product/s must also be in the original packaging.
- The stakeholder needs to give the receipt of proof of purchase for the product/s being returned.
- No product/s purchased beforehand can be swapped for another tee/tote bag design instead as we are on a pre-order basis and to implement a waste-free principle.
REFUND POLICY
Antábe Apparel will take the following steps once the product has been returned:
- Once we received the returned product/s, we will inspect it and immediately notify the stakeholder about the received product/s. We will send the status of the received product/s for refund after careful inspection.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the stakeholder via their original mode of payment or through Gcash. The stakeholder will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card/issuer’s policies.
